Friandise

This is our newest addition to the menu. We have created a new line of contemporary miniature bite size pastries that are sure to impress. This is  for anyone who is tired of the traditional classics that are seen on sweet tables everywehere.

HAZELNUT TORTE

opera sheets, filled w/hazelnut BC, chocolate BC top coat, coated in marzipan and dipped in chocolate, garnish with a hazelnut

 

RASPBERRY TORTE

opera sheets, filled w/ raspberry marmalade, vanilla BC top coat, coated in marzipan and dipped in white chocolate, garnish w/ raspberry dusted in powdered sugar

APRICOT SACHER TORTE

sacher cake laced w/ apricot brandy, layered w/ apricot preserves, coated in chocolate

 

PASSION FRUIT TUILLE ROLL

tuille cigarette filled with passion fruit mousse

PISTACHIO HORN

tuille cone filled with pistachio mousse

BRANDIED CHERRY CUP

white chocolate cup, filled w/a brandied cherry and topped w/ ganache and chocolate shavings

TULIP CUP

white and dark chocolate cup filled w/ white chocolate mousse

RASPBERRY CORDIAL

dark chocolate cup, filled with raspberry mousse laced w/ chambord and topped w/ chocolate shavings

RED VELVET

red velvet cake layered w/ cream cheese filling

CHOCOLATE RUM CUPCAKE

chocolate cupcake topped with chocolate-rum BC, garnished w/ a rum cordial

BANANA CUPCAKE

banana cupcake topped w/ cream cheese frosting, garnished w/ a white chocolate star and a draje

RASPBERRY CUPCAKE

vanilla cupcake topped w/ raspberry BC, garnished w/ white chocolate

VANILLA CREAM PUFF

filled w/ vanilla pastry cream and coated in white chocolate, garnished w/ chocolate drizzle
